Right eating affirmations will condition your mind and body for healthy eating which is so essential for health. This is because mere dieting or exercising is not enough for a healthy life.

Healthy eating is a must for maintaining a healthy body. Correct eating and regular exercising is way better than mere dieting.

We are programmed to eat whatever that is easily available. Right eating requires a conscious effort. Also, normally the foods that are tasty have a very high sugar and fat content and are easily available.
